During this course, participants learn how to approach the periodical visual inspection of cranes and lifting equipment on board vessels. Various subjects are dealt with which are important in the visual assessment of cranes and lifting equipment in hydraulic engineering. An assessment will take place on the ﬁ nal day of the (basic) training, in the form of a theoretical exam. If this assessment is positive, the participant will receive the Certiﬁ cate of Expertise.

The course is for workers who work with lifting equipment.
